While Strong has been really good about sending replacement parts, finding a good tech has been a nightmare, until I found Victor with Hot Tub’s. Holy cow, what a huge difference to have somebody who knows what they are doing! He has the know-how, but even better is his ability to patiently explain the problem, and fix it. Every time he has come out, he has stayed late and been extremely thorough. My only complaint is why didn’t he come sooner!”
